Ricky Kaler started his journey as a young entrepreneur in India and migrated to Canada to pursue a more promising future.  Upon his arrival, Ricky got down to work and started working and saving to buy real estate and flipping it for a profit.  His love and desire to provide for his family and friends through his passion for building creative and affordable housing lead him to create Wave Homes and Have Group, a custom home builder and commercial developer in Calgary, Airdrie and surrounding areas.

Today, Ricky Kaler is taking the home building and development industry by storm. Always thinking about new and innovative ways to captivate, create and expand his portfolio, Ricky has ventured into other aspects of construction through commercial and retail developments, land acquisition, new community planning , mutli-family residential, and venture capital.

Through his many aspirations, Ricky has created Wave Group, which oversees its sister companies; Wave Homes, Wave Multi-family, Wave Builder and Wave Ventures. These group of companies has sought out to create some of the best residential, commercial and prospective community developments in Calgary and surrounding areas.
